Marjorie L. Gilbert, President & CEO

Marjorie leads the Foundation while implementing the existing long-range strategic plan and assisting donors in achieving their philanthropic goals. She also works with the leadership of the Community Foundation to set the vision for new initiatives and expand the role of the Foundation within the community.

Jo Bull, Director of Donor Relations

Jo is responsible for managing the Foundation's ongoing relationships and services to existing donors.  She works with the Director of Grantmaking & Programs to match the needs of the donors with the needs of the nonprofit community.

Lori R. Callaway, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Lori manages fund balances and investment information for donors, local organizations and agency endowments and directs all finance and accounting functions of the Foundation.  She also manages the technology needs of the Foundation.

Mary Haggins, Adminstrative Assistant

Mary provides support to the President & CEO and oversees the Foundation's office administration. 

Joan Fail Hoffman, Director of Grantmaking & Programs

Joan manages the grant awards and scholarship programs for the Community Foundation.  She also works with the Director of Donor Relations to match the needs of the donors with the needs of the nonprofit community.

Kerrie M. Newell, Director of Events & Special Projects

Kerrie oversees human resources and coordinates special programs and projects.  She works closely with the Wine Festival Coordinator in managing all events associated with the International Festival of Wines and Food.

Tonia E. Pearson, Director of Marketing & Communications

Tonia is responsible for coordinating publications and marketing/public relations objectives in accordance with the Community Foundation's overall communications message and vision.  She also assists with special events.

Veronica L. Pinkett-Barber, Donor Services Associate

Veronica oversees the grantmaking programs of several component funds of the Foundation.  She also assists with accounting functions as it relates to donor services.

J. Larry Snipes, Director of Development

Larry provides stewardship services to new and existing donors to encourage increased charitable giving by helping donors maximize the impact of their philanthropy.

Judy E. Watkins, Financial Assistant

Judy processes stock gifts, contributions and invoices overseeing the daily internal financial needs of the Community Foundation.
