R. Jason Caskey

As chair of Elliot Davis' Financial Services practice, Jason Caskey focuses on serving financial institutions and SEC registrants. With more than 18 years of experience, he serves community banking clients ranging in size from de novo status to more than $1 billion in assets. Jason also serves as the managing shareholder of the firm’s Columbia office.

Active in the community, Jason serves on the boards of the South Carolina Student Loan Corporation, the USC Business Partnership Foundation and Charleston Southern University. He is on the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100 and is a former board member for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Jason received bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of South Carolina and attended the University of Virginia National Banking School. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is affiliated with several professional assocations for certified public accountants and bankers. He was also named to the Class of 2006 “20 Under 40" by The State Media Company.
