The Lester Bates Scholarship Fund provides a scholarship to an individual enrolled in the S.A.U.L. Program at the Salvation Army, desiring to pursue a technical degree or college education.
Applications for the award are accepted throughout the year at the Salvation Army. Please contact the Salvation Army for an application.
