LinkScholars Program Fund

A scholarship program that is an initiative of the Columbia Chapter of Links Inc., the LinkScholars Program Fund is designed to identify and support graduating low-income African-American high school seniors from central South Carolina. Interested students should see their guidance counselor for applications. The selected scholars must attend an accredited South Carolina college with additional consideration given to Historically Black Institutions.
