The Smart Matters Scholarship Fund

The scholarship exemplifies the significant impact of the Junior League of Columbia's family centered initiative to improve school readiness as it will recognize a student who has successfully defied the odds by completing school and continuing their education.  It is awarded to a graduating senior attending a Richland District One high school who attended one of the ten elementary schools where the Smart Matters program takes place.
