Sharon W. Bryant

Sharon Bryant is Regional Executive Vice President and Director of Wealth Management for First Citizens Central South Carolina region. Sharon is responsible for retail and commercial sales in the central S.C. markets. As director of First Citizens’ Wealth Advisory Group, she oversees private banking and the delivery of investment management, trust and estate planning, insurance planning, and retirement.

Active in the community, Sharon serves as chair of the S.C. Bankers Association and 2011 campaign co-chair for United Way of the Midlands. She also serves on the boards for Home Works and Midlands Technical College Foundation. Sharon has served on the boards of EdVenture Children’s Museum, Heathwood Hall Episcopal School, Palmetto Health Foundation, Columbia Museum of Art, Columbia Urban League and the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce. She has received the Women of Distinction award by the Girl Scouts of America and the Athena award by the Chamber of Commerce.

Sharon received her bachelor of arts degree from the University of the South at Sewanee. She is also a 1995 graduate of Leadership Columbia, a founding member of Women in Philanthropy and a Junior League Sustainer.
