Giving during GivingTuesday and CCCF’s 12 Days of Giving has never been easier with Midlands Gives. Want to support any of the nearly 500 local nonprofits listed on the Midlands Gives year-round platform but not sure how? Don’t worry! The CCCF team created this list of 12 tips to help make your giving easier.

1. Give local!
   Midlands Gives is a secure, simple platform to support your favorite local organizations throughout the year.
2. Give where you live (or where your heart is).
   Donors can search through the list of registered nonprofits on Midlands Gives by county or cause.
3. Make the most of your gift by covering the fees.
   Want your nonprofit to receive the full donation amount? Cover the transaction fee to allow more of your donation to go to the nonprofit!
4. Donate to a tax-exempt nonprofit.
   Gifts to nonprofit organizations in good standing are tax-deductible.
5. Give with ease.
   Add donations to multiple organizations to your cart for one, simple checkout process. Create a donor profile on Midlands Gives to schedule donations, save payment information and review your donations. You can do it all from your phone! Midlands Gives is a mobile-optimized giving platform.
6. Amplify your gift
   Gifts made through Midlands Gives during the 12 Days of Giving, beginning on GivingTuesday, will be amplified through matching prize incentives for eligible nonprofits.
7. Give early, give often.
   Donors have the option of a one-time gift or setting up a recurring gift for the nonprofit of their choice. Nonprofits are always grateful for donations received at the end of the year, but sustaining their work supports them greatly!
8. Give to honor someone.
   Know of someone whose generosity inspires you? Make your gift in honor or in memory of someone, using the Notes field on the donation page.
9. Share the joy of philanthropy with a Giving eCard.
   Giving eCards are a unique way to share your gratitude and generosity. When you give someone a Giving eCard, the recipient can support any nonprofit organization featured on MidlandsGives.org. Learn more here.
