Each year Columbia Business Monthly honors outstanding young professionals in the Midlands for their contributions to their community, careers, and families in their “Best and Brightest 35 and Under” feature. This year, our Program Associate, Jamesha Shackerfod, was selected as one of the honored young professionals!

Jamesha manages the Foundation’s scholarships and several competitive grant. Jamesha adds, “One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is helping a donor establish a scholarship fund and sharing with them the impact their scholarship has made on a student. I often tell people you don’t have to be a millionaire or even make six figures to be a philanthropist. I’m honored to be selected for Columbia Business Monthly’s Best & Brightest 35 and Under.”
