Soul of Philanthropy

Save the date for GIVING BACK: THE SOUL OF PHILANTHROPY REFRAMED AND EXHIBITED, a groundbreaking museum exhibition that explores the African-American philanthropy experience and giving traditions grounded in faith, mutuality, responsibility and social justice.

The exhibit will make its debut in South Carolina in February 2018 and is based on the award-winning book "Giving Back: A Tribute to Generations of African American Philanthropists" by author Valaida Fullwood and photographer Charles W. Thomas , Jr..

The exhibit's co-presenters, CCCF, Richland Library and Women Engaged, an African American giving circle, are collaborating to present a series of educational events and celebrations of giving.
