Contributions can be made in a number of ways. To ensure that your gift is credited to the 2018 tax year, keep in mind the following dates:

• Check or Stock Certificate: Must be postmarked on or before 12/31/18.
• Gifts of appreciated stock should be transferred by 12/26/18. Notify the Foundation of the transfer as soon as possible.
• Gifts of complex assets, such as real estate, closely held business interests or stock, and planned giving vehicles should be discussed with your advisor or the Foundation as soon as possible.
• If you’re 70 ½ or older and want to contribute some of your IRA required minimum distribution tax-free, ask us about the IRA Charitable Rollover as soon as possible.

Giving From Your Fund 

Donors wishing to make grant recommendations from your fund to your favorite nonprofits organizations should contact Cortney Bailey at [email protected] by December 17 to ensure their arrival to nonprofits by the end of the year.
