BIPOC Leadership Training and Coaching Program

Central Carolina Community Foundation is pleased to announce the BIPOC Leadership Training and Coaching Program, a free leadership development program for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color mid-level nonprofit professionals. The program is designed to increase participants’ knowledge, skills and confidence to seek promotional opportunities in the nonprofit sector.

Mid-level professionals are those who are currently beyond an entry-level role or position, but not yet serving in a director or executive role. Throughout the course of the program, participants will take part in seven sessions focused on specific areas of leadership development as well as two one-on-one coaching sessions.

CCCF will sponsor 15 mid-level nonprofit professionals to attend the BIPOC Leadership Training and Coaching Program. Participants will be selected following the competitive application process. Seats in the program are valued at more than $500 each.
