The EMPOWERING JUSTICE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION was established to celebrate the life and legacy of First Lieutenant Justice R. Stewart. The EMPOWERING JUSTICE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION can support any IRS-approved nonprofit organization, religious organization, and/or educational institution in the United States. The EMPOWERING JUSTICE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION will prioritize organizations that support youth, families, and communities as they promote pathways out of poverty by empowering youth, promoting youth advocacy, promoting military alliances in the community, uplifting people’s voices, and supporting authentic opportunities for leadership. Additionally, the EMPOWERING JUSTICE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION will prioritize, as an extension of its primary mission, college ROTC programs as a way to honor the sacrifices service members have made.
