Hootie & the Blowfish Foundation

The Hootie and the Blowfish Foundation was established in 2000 to create an endowment to support charities in South Carolina and nationwide. Central Carolina Community Foundation administers the grant process for the Hootie and the Blowfish Foundation.

Darius Rucker, Jim "Soni" Sonefield, Dean Felber and Mark Bryan have embraced their fortuitous career with the community that supports them. The Hootie and the Blowfish Foundation was created in conjunction with the Hootie and the Blowfish Monday After the Masters Golf Tournament. Funds benefit music education programs and nonprofit professional development.
