There are so many charities that we don't know about out there, and the Foundation is the perfect connector. They help us connect with organizations we might otherwise overlook.

We're learning from others but also want to be an example, and our charitable fund is part of that. A fund with the Community Foundation gives you options to smooth out your future giving and gives you options to look at the consequences of taxes, which I think is really important for small business people.
